The next edition of Zorg & ict will be from April 8 to 10, 2025 in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. We look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues. From January 1, 2025 you can register via the website for free access.

If you registered but did not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, please contact Vistor Service.

It is not possible, for example at the catering establishments, to pay in cash at Zorg & ict. You can only pay by pin. This also applies to the checkroom (€2.50).

The best and most sustainable way to get to Zorg & ict in Jaarbeurs is by public transportation. Do you want to park anyway? Then use the (limited) parking facilities at P2, P4, P6 or one of the P&R lots in the area.

Accessibility Care & ict "

You can drive by car up to the hall complex. Jaarbeurs is well signposted on the Utrecht ring road. The signs will direct you to the limited parking at P2, P4 and P6 of Jaarbeurs.

The parking rate is €4.40 per hour (P2, P4 and P6).
The daily rate (from 0:01 am to 11:59 pm) for P2, P4 and P6 is €28 on site.
Please note that parking lot P3 will be closed as of January 1, 2023.

Book a day ticket before your visit and save €4.
Avoid queues and reserve a day ticket online in advance. Enter your license plate number and drive in and out contactless. The day rate is date-based.

Please note: as of January 1, 2025, the City of Utrecht is implementing a zero-emission zone. Jaarbeurs is located within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Utrecht will introduce a zero-emission zone. Jaarbeurs lies within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that it is not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) lot if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. The environmental zone will also become stricter for diesel passenger cars on Jan. 1, 2025. Read all about the Zero-Emissions Zone and environmental zone in Utrecht here.

All conference and meeting rooms and facilities such as checkrooms and restrooms are accessible by elevator or escalator and all are wheelchair accessible. Separate toilet facilities are available for disabled visitors.

In the Beatrix Building, the disabled toilet is located on the first floor opposite the checkroom, on the 2nd floor and on the 4th floor. You can pick up the key at the reception desk.

In the exhibition and conference building, there is a disabled toilet in every hall, as well as on the second floor for visitors to the conference rooms. In addition, there is also a disabled toilet in the main hall at Entrance East next to the pond. These toilets are only open when an event is taking place.

There are sufficient parking spaces for disabled persons at P4. You can park here on presentation of a disabled parking pass, provided the pass holder of the pass is present. It is not possible to reserve disabled parking spaces in advance. For disabled visitors, we would like to emphasize that parking is not free, but at the regular parking rate.

From P4 you can cross over bridge to the Entrance West of the Exhibition and Convention Building. We understand that accessibility is important for everyone. Therefore, we offer the option of using an elevator to go over the bridge. There is a phone number on the elevator that you can call to use the elevator. Please note that there may be a short wait before the elevator can be used.

If you need to be on time for an event at the Beatrix Building or a movie at the Kinepolis cinema, we recommend planning your visit well. Plan ample time to wait for the elevator to get to the event in a relaxed manner.

In addition, there are 4 disabled parking spaces along Mineur Avenue.

From the highway, follow the P+R signs and park your car for as little as €6 at one of Utrecht's four P+R parking lots.

With a combi ticket you travel together with up to 5 colleagues from the P+R parking lot to Jaarbeurs. This way you travel together cheaply! A combi ticket is available at the pay machine of the P+R parking lot.
