Logis.P notifications have been integrated into the BeterDichtbij patient app. This is to better guide patients through the registration process for an appointment or treatment.
The BeterDichtbij app is often on patients' cell phones. Among other things, they use it for communication with their healthcare providers. By adding Logis.P notifications around appointments to this communication, patients are even better alerted to check in for the next appointment. Because appointment and patient data checks have already been carried out via Logis.P in advance, patients are informed in a targeted way about what they need to do in order to successfully check in digitally at the hospital.
Lower costs
The SMS and e-mail notifications that patients currently receive from Logis.P can thus be replaced by notifications in the BeterDichtbij app. This not only leads to savings on SMS costs, but also improves the safety and effectiveness of communication. This reduces the number of no-shows.
