At this event, you will have access to Swapcard's online matchmaking platform. In it, a profile of you is visible to other registered visitors, participating exhibitors and session providers. This profile is filled with your name, email address, position and company where you work, as provided during your registration to visit the event. This way you can easily make connections, network and initiate appointments before, during and after the event. It is of course up to you whether you take the initiative, accept an invitation from another person and with whom you ultimately share your contact information.
You can add, modify and delete your profile/account yourself at any time in Swapcard's online matchmaking platform.
You can register for free for seminars, presentations and/or workshops during Zorg & ict via Swapcard's online matchmaking platform. You can then attend the relevant session live during Zorg & ict at Jaarbeurs or, if that possibility is offered at the relevant session, watch and review the session online remotely.
If you register to participate in a session, Jaarbeurs shares your registration information (including contact information) with the provider of that session.
If you do not register for a session, but during your live visit to Zorg & ict at Jaarbeurs you still decide to attend it and have your badge scanned by the provider/exhibitor of that session, your registration details (including contact information) will be shared with them.
Permission to be contacted by the provider(s) of the session(s)
Thus, if you register for one or more sessions or have your badge scanned at the session during your visit, you consent that the provider of this session may contact you (including by e-mail) for information about that specific subject and about its products and/or services. You can revoke your consent at any time with the relevant provider.
